最近面对了一些转折和改变，更深一层看见自己内在变化的过程中，三不五时会听到一些曲子，听的当下百感交集，总觉得自己还有太多要努力和操练的部分。
标题是两首最近十分触动我的歌－

最近一直有机会被人家问到「你当初是怎么走上这一行的」，刚好又在某个旧部落格里，看见自己在2006年左右写下的文章。我发现那时候的自己真的很忧郁啊！忧郁到会闭着眼睛过马路。然而到了谷底之后，就起死回生了。
大部分的时候，我是不记得这些往事的，因为相关的人事物，这两年内疗愈得差不多了，有时候想起过去，稀薄破碎的画面，仿佛孟婆汤没喝干净，剩了点汤在碗底，于是就留下了那么点记忆渣滓。
当我看见我以前过的日子时，我能坚定的告诉自己，未来有什么好怕的呢？我已经在2006年死过一次了，不是吗？
刚开始接个案的时候，我也会开玩笑的对我的朋友说：「啊～失败了顶多打回原形，摸摸鼻子回去当国文老师而已，不会怎样的～」
但我某一天忽然懂了，我现在才是被打回原形。
听着「You raise me up」，我想，在车祸就要发生的那一刻，上师真的拉了我一把，然后把我拉上现在的道路吧？

「Reach」是1996年亚特兰大奥运主题曲，会拿到这张专辑，是一个高中时代交情还不错的学长，考上大学之后送给我的，算算CD放在我家也快10年了。
走上灵性修为的道路，确实和MV里的奥运运动员是有几分相似的－－我相信一个人愿意为了某一种运动付出全副的心力、时间、精力，以及金钱，是因为他真的非常热爱做这件事情。
然而，在练习的过程中，会有挫折、有汗水、有泪，也有像歌词里面说的，「值得纪念的一天，因为那天我们抵达比星星还高的地方」。
在灵性修为的过程中，最衰弱的部分会一直跳出来挑战我们，一层又一层，反复螺旋似的，同一个课题愈做愈深、愈爬愈高。有时候确实会挫折，然而，绝大多数的时间我是感恩而快乐的。
我感恩我有机会认识自己更多，包括认识到自己的弱点、认识到自己的逃避；认识到自己的优点、认识到自己的福气及幸运。我快乐我会的一些事情，能够让某些人跟我一起快乐起来。
我快乐我能看见自己需要持续宽恕的部分，我感恩我有机会能跌倒之后，还有力气爬起来，这个世界是如此的善待我，带给我这样多的帮助及精彩的生活。

最后一首是Because you loved me，我想，歌词已经很白话了，就不需要我多做注解了。
